Dilusso Trends is a women’s clothing and accessories brand specializing in boutique-style apparel, statement jewelry, and curated seasonal collections. The brand approached me to modernize their online presence and create a more engaging, conversion-focused eCommerce experience that better reflected their identity and supported future growth.
Their existing website was visually dated, difficult to manage, and lacked the structure needed to present products clearly and cohesively. In addition, the site offered limited tools for customer engagement, making it hard to promote new releases, events, and ongoing brand initiatives.
My Role
- Complete eCommerce Revamp
Redesigned and rebuilt the online store with a cleaner layout, improved navigation, and more intuitive product categorization to enhance usability and shopping flow.
- Customer Engagement & Retention
Implemented a streamlined newsletter sign-up experience, enabling the brand to grow its subscriber list and communicate directly with customers about launches, restocks, and promotions.
- Brand-Aligned Visual Design
Developed a refreshed visual system that aligned with the boutique personality of Dilusso Trends, using bold imagery, modern typography, and product-forward layouts.
- Content & Marketing Support
Created dedicated content areas for announcements, promotions, style tips, and social media integration to reinforce brand identity and encourage repeat engagement.
