Ecommerce + Live-Seller Brand Infastructure

Project Overview

Buji Sports is a collectibles retailer specializing in sports cards, memorabilia, and live auction streaming across platforms such as Whatnot. The business approached me to create a centralized web presence that connected their eCommerce inventory, live-selling activity, and in-person event schedule into a single, cohesive hub.

Prior to the project, their online presence was fragmented across multiple platforms, making it difficult for customers to track upcoming live streams, shop inventory, or stay informed about card shows and appearances. The goal was to streamline access to all core business activities while supporting ongoing growth in live commerce.

My Role

  • Website Structure & Integration
  • Designed and built a central website that unified Buji Sports’ eCommerce offerings, live auction links, and external platform presence.
  • Event & Show Management
  • Created a custom system for publishing card show schedules, live-stream times, and in-person appearances, giving customers a single source of truth for upcoming events.
  • Live Commerce Support
  • Structured the site to complement live-selling workflows, helping direct traffic to active auctions and reinforcing trust during live streams.
  • Content Organization & Branding
  • Organized product, event, and promotional content into a clear, easy-to-navigate layout that supported both new visitors and repeat customers.
